Ok. This week I have a random stir fry, and from the pictures it probably doesn't look too different from what I made last week. It however tastes completely different and has a much different texture.
So first off the ingredients:

Chicken
Red chili
Green chili
Ginger
Garlic
Tomatoes
Orange
Also missing from the pic:
Worchester sauce
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Suga
The first thing I did was reduce the tomatoes, then blend them to make a puree:

This jug was full. I ended up using about 2/3rds of it in the final mixture.
Whilst this was going on I put the chicken in a bowl along with all the components of the sauce (everything except onions/peppers):

I then stir fried the onions and peppers and removed them from the wok. After that the chicken and the mixture went in. I cooked this for about 10 minutes before returning the onion/peppers to the wok:

I put the lid on at left it cooking at high heat for about 20 minutes. I then took the lid off and let it simmer for a further 10 minutes to reduce. Cooked the rice and we have a final product of:

Tasted lovely. The chicken and vegetables were very moist and full of flavour. Really happy with how it turned out
