whilst we're kind of on topic. If a woman you hadn't met described herself to you as 'curvaceous' would you picture someone with a shapely figure, or do most men just see the word as a euphemism for 'fat'?

Yeah I would expect her to be fat. Ditto if they say 'she has a pretty face'.

Likewise, bubbly usually means loud and thick.

What if they say "She has a lovely personality"?
