Was talking to a woman about this last night.
We pretty much agreed that when you meet someone (assuming you haven't been checking them out from a distance in a pub/bar/club) it's usually the eyes and mouth that first grab the attention, and then the rest of the 'package' gets the once over. That goes for both men and women.
Depends how picky you are, but if any of the 'key elements' are missing, then the initial attraction fades pretty quickly. Even if the physical 'package' is great, if they are dead up top then my interest soon dies.

lets be honest guys
when your in a pub/club or where ever you are usally hammered the FIRST thing that you notice is what they are/are not wearing, then you get closers you check out there tits/ass then there face and as you get closer still you can looking into there eyes.
then after you speak to them cause the package above is +ev you find out if they have a good personailty and sence of humour
but the FIRST thing that attracts you to a staranger is what they are wearing and how they carry themselves
