Can anyone suggest the best and easy to follow one's?
My mate has moved to America and as they have no street bookies he's looking to set up an online account.
He registerd with bet.us.com last night  but I had a look and it isn't the easiest to use.
Can you use the likes of Bet365, hills etc with an american debit card?

I think thegreek and 5dimes still accept US customers, I have had accounts with both, with no issues. Pity pinny has pulled out of the us market as they were the best option previously.
