Misread!     After further evaluation...what often comes after one's knee?  Not to mention all the publicity around the place before they went on sale.  She's just a cantankerous lil darlin who obv isn't getting any and taking it out on you.

Distance Selling Regulations state that she has to declare her intention to return within 7 days of receipt of item. If they are worn, show signs of wear, then she's probably stuffed, you don't have to take them back.
Paypal is on her side, however, if she goes down that route it will be hard for you not to find yourself issuing a refund. She just has to say they were 'not as described'...then what do you do?

Maybe she got them, decided they didn't fit, now just wants her money back. :s ul

got them wore them on a night out and then wanted to return them like thousands of women do each weekend all over the country with clothes they cant afford but want to loan

That was her first attempt. But I replied saying that I have used the description from the official H&M website. Oh well we will see what happens
