I finally managed to get more kills than deaths by using a riot shield and running at people and hitting them with it. Also has the amusing side effect of taking the opposition out when they manage to stick semtex on me.

That's why I have the 2 speed up things to kamikaze charge after them.
It's amazing that some people don't see you at all... especially funny to tag them with some semtex and leg it.
