Get a care package and switch to it, climb an object and whilst climbing press right twice to switch to gun and back to care package.
Call in care package and take crate, use reward, gain another care package for free.

Yes.
Same with sentry guns and emergency air drops.
I imagine abusers will be reported and banned (as per javelin glitch).
Patch has been made and is in certification so hopefully out next week.
