Hi all. I don't really use Neteller very much, only when I have to. They've only ever sent me one cheque, and that was about a year ago. The last time I made a transfer via Neteller was yesterday, a very rare occurance. I deposited a couple of hundred onto Interpoker.

Today I received a message that I can't get my head round. I'm not sure what they're tyring to tell me. Can any1 translate for me? Is it anything serious? Just want to make sure that no1's hacked into my account or anything? I'm sure I'm just being stupid.

Anyway, here's a few choice words from the message. Ta:

While reviewing the information in your account for sending your PIN letter which is necessary for withdrawals from your ECash account, our system indicated a fault in your mailing address for your account.

Please note that all account information must be entered using English characters/letters.

If your address is incomplete/incorrect, you can update your account information from the ECash Cashier available in your software. Please access the cashier and click on the ‘Personal Options’ tab in the main ECash Screen.  This will take you to the Personal Options screen. Next, select ECash Direct Account Information. Once you click on the Continue button, the Change of Address form will appear on the screen.

From this screen you are able to change your mailing address, contact information, and optional information.

Please note that if you change your address a new PIN will be generated and posted to you and your previous PIN will no longer be valid. We have still sent your PIN to you since the postal code is valid. However, please update your address if it is incorrect.

looks like when you set it up you put an incorrect email addy or one that is no longer in use.
Have you checked/don what they asked?

The phone support at neteller is quite good. 24 hrs and they speak English Cheesy. They've sorted out any problems I've ever had with them swiftly.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Isn't the email you got from Interpoker not Neteller? Interpoker send out PINs and use Ecash, never had a PIN off Neteller.

the email is from ecash the cashier of interpoker and not from neteller

when you join up with sites that use ecash they post you a PIN number to your mailing address
