WP Raef, nice one.

Wow, didn't know BA was flying to Vegas from Heathrow.

Times are better but prices ain't from what I've seen. Ever tried broken flights with United? I'm going back to these imo.

From what I saw, prices were a bit better than Virgin and heathrow is alot more convenient than Gatwick for me.

I can't bear the broken flights. Waiting around at a souless airport for another 3 hour flight when I'm already knackered does my head in.

There's a United flight to San Fran that leaves Heathrow at around 1.30pm, then loads of evening short-hops on to Vegas. Just time to get through security and for a quick pizza. The future imo.

I've got 500k of Virgin Airmiles to use up before I can consider using another airline... sigh

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

If anything non-direct flights are a bit pricier. I prefer them because of flight times, mainly coming back, but I'm defo in the minority.

Miserable looking Scot may be Double up.

tnks m8

ps nice cash Ralph

My hand of the trip so far was at the Nugget where I 3 bet pre with K3o having looked at the K twice.  The flop came KKT and at the end of the hand I proudly turned over my quads to claim a high hand jackpot.....

We only played one of the deepstacks and Maria (Daves wife) was the only one who cashed - so we've just played cash since to save further humiliation.

This summer I had a week in Colorado after Vegas and flew with United as they flew from Denver to Heathrow on the way back.

I paid £500 for Heathrow-Vegas-Denver-Heathrow

The Virgin return was £470 iirc so I don't think it's more exp to fly with non-direct, not in my experience anyway
