Having updated all weekend was extremely keen to play live tonight at Luton

Last week I had raised the issue of the new £20 rebuy being dealer dealt with Niall and his exact words were "the first one will be, we'll see after that"

So I turn up tonight. First surprise is he wants £20+£5.50 charge. £5.50 charge? 27.5% rake. Ugh. Sure it's a nitty complaint but the principle is valid. The price is too much for the comp. I know operating costs have risen, but I expect the casino to pull out all the stops in return for that.......

Secondly I note the small round tables are set up and I ask the obvious question "not dealer dealt then?"

"I said we would wait and see"

and we proceeded to argue over what he had said last Wednesday

Pretty hacked off with the standard of customer service, false promises and being asked to pay nearly 30% rake for an inferior service to that normally offered I withdrew

I won't be back on Monday's unless it changes

Was sat next to you tighty when he said those exact words....Disappointing

How many points does a player currently need to have in order to be showing a profit?

A lot more than however many I've got.

OK, now here's an actual bona fide book, with prices I'll happily lay.

3 Thomas, Dingdell
5 Tikay
10 Tightend, Gamblor, Sir Donksalot
12 Alex
16 Snatiramas
33 Claw, Celtic, Nirvana, Winkie, Buftybarger
100 Lucky, Simon G, Chompy, Xpressman, Holdyfoldy, Pelham

Remember, it's whose figure is out by the largest amount. The prices are not necessaily a reflection of who I think is least honest*, just whose records are likely to be less accurate than others.

*This offer excludes Tikay obv

League players are not able to back themselves. Price subject to change.

All prices available up to a liability of £100 innit

I'll have an infinite amount on me at 33-1 please

reckon I'm at least 5 +/- the actual total due to accounting discrepancies/bad memory.

Your book either shows who you think aren't to be trusted or who you think thier maths is worse than their poker....

Is the new £50 on Wednesdays a good tourney?  I was thinking of getting out tomorrow and may make the trek up if it's ok.  Also, what does NPL mean under the day on the tourney schedule for Luton?
