The regular Venetian schedule is a nice one to win back flights. However, you are going in Deepstack time, so you have this;
http://www.venetian.com/uploadedFiles/The_Venetian/Gaming/PokerRoom/Deep_Stack/DeepStackIV_09.pdf
When they do that, Caesars usually do this:
http://www.harrahs.com/images/non_image_assets/39863.1_31x81_Poster.pdf
Altho it might be all done when you get there, in which case thier regular schedule will give you this
http://www.harrahs.com/images/non_image_assets/39476.1_31x81_PokerBoard.pdf
which is a choice to contrast against the big fields big buyins in the Venetian.
Usually when they do this, Golden Nugget and Binions do something too for lower buyins and mixed formats, but I can't be arsed to Google any more of them. But you get the idea. Or do a search on THM database, find out what festivals are happening in Vegas in Nov and go from there.
whichever way you do it, whoever goes, there will be the perfect tourny for them every day somewhere....
have fun.

Hey guys, I know it's compltetely off subject, but you're the only ones I know in this forum....
Me and a mate booked a spur-of-the-moment trip to Vegas for early next month today, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions/info about where would be good to play a few tourns while we're there. I've heard maybe the Venetian?
This'll be my first time over there, and would be nice to find a nice crushable tournament to pay for the flights
.
Venetian is good, although I personally preferred the tournaments at Caesar's and Binions. Have fun!

There were league players wherever you looked at the final table tonight, five of'em. Count'em, FIVE! The future of poker was prob unlucky not to make it a clean sweep for the six in attendance.
Winkie was first to go after getting slow-rolled by Seb. Unf no points for ninth.
I was next for the chop, my masterful shove with 36 suited getting unlucky v JJ. 4pts for seventh.
Then it was Ding, who so doesn't want to be in the league but does really, out in fifth. 6pts means she goes above Xpressman and sidles into view in the side mirrors of Thomas's truck.
Sir Donkeys somehow managed fourth after a run of cards that would have made even MDD blush. 7pts nudge him ahead in the clown stakes.
Celtic third to keep the pressure on Alex and Snattymaras.
SEB is a legend. Anon ftw. Bink yah.

*** URGENT FAX ***
The elders are currently on a visit of Duxford but have interrupted their tartan-fuelled merry-making to ask me to inform you that a deal was indeed done, £50 for sixth, seventh and eighth.
MDD Jnr (AA, QQ, 77 (flopped house, badly played), AK in less than one round), sporting his finest spangly number, even offered to let eighth have saving points, but this was declined (did not come into play; rules is rules).

Different strategy this week... ground it out like a mother..f..ckr.. hit a nice run of cards to go from 4675 to 84k.... disappointed to come 4th tbh..should have put a clown condemming gap between myself and the chompster..but like all class horses iv'e hit the front coming round the final bend into the run down...
Well done Seb...guy is just utter com... his behaviour is getting more bizarre than a would be Leona Lewis fan... last night 4 then 3 handed he kept getting up and disappearing... toilet, fag, then all the way to the bar where he stood waiting to get served for 5 minutes.. whilst a round of blinds and ante were more than 5k a pop..

Hmmm pondering a trip to Thanet today until I google mapped it and realise it is 140 miles from Sandy.... on a Friday as well.......A1 roadworks, M25 roadworks, M2 then some random A roads near the coast.....decided Luton looks good tonite.
Also my ole buddy 77Dave might make a guest appearance. (if you read this give us a call)
I also need to ensure my position of bottom of the league!!!!!!! maybe I should look at withdrawing from the league to save future embarrassment. no chance hahahaha
Question for elders and Lord Chompy: If I do finish bottom of the league do I get relegated?

The rule I propose for those in the bottom three, for 2010 tournament play thereafter, is that they are relegated to Euro-Africa Zone 6. This works as follows
- If you turn up on a Sunday for the £100er Kalam refuses you entry and instead enters you into the £5 rebuy
- You must attend 2 Tuesdays in three wearing shades, a hoodie and telling Rockstar how to play his hands
- If sighted playing a Friday, you must be wearing a red shirt
- You must be available to drive Lalit and Chandra to Luton three times a week
- You must translate conversations with Seb to the rest of the table for their amusement.
