Congratulations to Snatty for regaining his place at the top.The Past of Poker putting the Future of Poker firmly in its place, shutting the lid on the box and putting it in the cellar.

Too damn right. The future of poker is sandwiched in the league between the rock and the hardplace. The phrases "young gun"s or "the future"  only make a miserable old goat like me angry  ...... The future needs dragging back to the past on a regular basis or who knows what might happen.... The past always returns to haunt you. My new name is TPOTP. The poker of times past

No point in playing tonight as I is top..... back to haunt you

Hi Guys , I had better "out" myself as I feel I have dipped my toes into the inner sanctum by sharing a final table with such fine upstanding people ...... notwithstanding "no hair" jokes  funny for about ten seconds imho ......

I was 7th on Thursday, happy with the £50 saver, personally I was not bothered either way, strange to see 4 non payouts getting £50 but you guys run the show  Wink I played quite a lot in 2008 mostly on a Friday night as well as Thursdays, I can't deal to save my life so am more than happy to only play the buyins when we get dealers.

I have recently discovered Gala Sol up the M1 and have played there a few times in their Wednesday Rebuy, came 2nd in my 2nd game  Grin so watch out this coming Thursday !

Meh, I'll assume no cashees tonight. Only Thomas a possible runner out of the current leaguers, while of the future inductees Rockstar prob wouldn't have attended as he's got to practise for tomorrow night's performance on X Factor.

What is it with certain venues. I just can't cash at DTD. Last night I arrive late due to the rugby having a fair few injuries. I have lost 225 chips out of a stack of 5000. Chilli is on my table and an American lady from Stars who I have played against before. First hand utg wake up to find the barrymores. Blind 50 100. Up to 325. 4 farkin callers. Ace on flop. Let it go. Next hand in the BB. Look down and there they are again. Everybody folds. FML. One round later blinds 75/150 four callers into my BB I raise to 1100 with yes you guessed it the ladies once more. Two hands later two callers round to me, find the cowboys . Raise to 725. Both call. Ace on the flop. Let it go. Two hands after that I run my AK into AQ and within half an hour, that is it, I am on my way back down the motorway. I ran hot and cold simultaneously....you can call me baked Alaska

OK, it's coming towards the end of the month and time to get those tournaments played figures in when ready.
Up to and including next Saturday evening.
Lucky is not playing any more and only played two pre-Vegas, so his figure is in, as is mine. I might play another one innit. Will add it in if and when though.

Handsome Paul second, Graham Rodgers takes it down...

Played 3 in October, so my total should be 66 now.

Not sure wot happened to Alex but I saw an early exit.

The sad, lonely, ultra competitive side of me is compelled to ask league elders whether this little puppy was included in the months totals?Huh?
Might play this evening....it depends on so many things. Rugby finish time. Whether I can be arsed. Might try somewhere else

Hmmmmmm

Tongue

had an opportunity to sake a 35% shot for 25k early in the comp. I cant turn down those.

Meh, lost the key all-in moment with AQ v KJ against the young gangsta dude what took a shine to you. The dude that was complaining about other people's table antics after pistol-whipping, fist-pumping Gino two tables out.

Then I doubled up, then I lost with A2 v 88. Binked the ace, he re-binked the 8.

Looks like I'll be doing a blog for the Racing Post from Vegas again this trip.

There's an outside chance I'll post a link here at some stage...

Prob a good thing. Bit of an incentive to do something different, rather than play all day every day, and will prob go watch the November Nine now.

Before we get into that can we get the points system sorted...my suggestion

0-20 runners...no points

21-60 runners ...normal points

61-99 runners... double points

100+ any tourney ....triple points

no savers places as paid

Turn up, register, close your eyes and pray for top pair.
