Went for a physio session this morning to get my shoulders and upper arms checked out.

Apparently there was loads wrong which was also affecting as far down as my wrist which has also been quite painful recently.

Hopefully everything is now straightened out and I'll be as good as new after a nice rest this weekend.

Legs training today then a steady back session tomorrow and that's it until Monday.

Surprised that you'd have a problem with your wrist... Wink

No credit for that one. Pretty much an open goal.

Last day of healthy food / no drinking today!!!

It's my birthday tomorrow and me and Hopkin are heading to Spain where my mate Aron lives.

Meeting at our local at about 12.30pm for pub lunch and a few pints then it's a whole weekend of drunken debauchery.

When I get back I'm still going to be reasonably sensible but Stu will be pleased to know that eat out curries are now back on the menu.

I'm not going to catalogue my food any more because I'm not doing anything strict. I'm also getting bored of doing it every day.

I'll still be fairly sensible though because I still want to get a 34 or 35" waist.

I checked this morning and I weighed 15st 8lb and my waist was 35.5"

I'm pretty happy with that because even though I've been healthy I've been far from super strict.

Next stage is to lose a bit more body fat over the next couple of months then look at building up more strength and size.

The overall target is somewhere around 16st 7lb with a waistline of about 35"

I'm pretty sure that's attainable but it may take up to Christmas. Will just see how it goes.

I may have to set a specific goal soon to maintain motivation but for now just being reasonable will suffice.

I done session two today. 45 mins on the crosstrainer. What a gimp i am.

Physio man yesterday said that my wrist problems started in my shoulder area which itself came from tearing a muscle in my back several weeks ago.

Have you had yours checked properly yet?

You might find it's something similar and that in fact you've not really got anything serious wrong with your wrist at all?

Didn't think you were mate. Just answered in the same way the question was put Smiley

Yeah this guy's really good and very reasonably priced.

There's some that are insanely expensive and crap though. It's just a case of getting lucky I guess.

Just been reading back through this and it was May 7th that I started my litle detox.

5 weeks with no alcohol or crap food!!

I can honestly say it's been ridiculously easy. There's nothing to dieting if you want to do it.

People who make excuses just don't want to. Fair play to them as well, just don't try to kid yourself imo.

At the start I weighed 16st 5lb and had a 38" waist.

Now I'm 15st 8lb and the waist is down to 35.5".

I'm pretty sure that despite the weight loss I actually look a bit bigger so I'm guessing all the weight has gone from the right places.

This weekend I'll be well and truly back on the alcohol. Can't wait for that, I think it's going to be a good one.

My dry spell stopped at about 1am today at DTD when Mitch found out it was my birthday and offered me a drink.

That Jack Daniels was one of the best I've ever had. Cheers Mitch!!
