with the raise and 2 calls on turn
i would min raise they will still call and swell the pot
this will allow a 300 bet on river

No harm in betting the flop, overpairs will call if not raise, lots of facecard/facecard hands will also call, as well lots of A rag because of the low board. My betting % would be higher the more the aggressive the table, lets get building this pot.  Check is certainly not awful, just preference.

Definately bet the turn if flop checked alround, if you check again check/raise 95% of the time, lets build this pot!

Surely not raise the turn? You want them hitting something on the river.

keep checking if you want to win a small pot with a big hand.

bet for value on the flop (it doesn't have to be big), there could be a pocket pair that likes his hand that will like it less on a later street.

people slowplay too much as it is, I'm not check/calling 2 streets in a $3 SNG with quads

Shame it's not a live tournament. You could jump out of your chair and shout "OH MY GOD. I FLOPPED QUADS." then proceed to bet as no-one will believe you.

With 5 people in the pot I think checking the flop is best on a very dry board. The turn is definitely an action card for you because you can expect business from any 3, any spade draw, 6-7, maybe a 5, and a selection of other holdings that are still showing interest. All of these hands are incomplete with a card to come so it's likely they'll pay more to continue with the hand. If you allow them to complete their hands by seeing the last card for just 80 chips they can bin cheaply if they don't hit. Last to act you are controlling the price of the river and you are making it very cheap. By not building the pot like this on the turn you overbet the river when you shove and have much more FE, which is bad. A bigger pot and smaller relative jam is more likely to get called, which is good.
