Aah, just been to see your team, there is one important difference - a battle of the clowns if you like :-)

I'll take my clown over your clown for the win !!

I've got both clowns in my team.

Oh , I see, you're calling me a clown !

No no & thrice no, I thought you had Sir Donks to my Uber clown Chumpy ? Misreadz - I rarely do that :-)

OK, I'm really (and easily) confused - who is in your team Alan ? If it's per page 7, you've dropped yourself and picked 2 clowns ??

I was never in my own team (form fading , poor value and all that), my old and new teams were / are ;

"Binkage"

Name                 Nickname          Price

Dick Lynch             'MDD'                £5m
Paul Noonan           'Luther'             £3.5m
Dean Morris            'Sir Donksalot'     £3m
Graham Rogers       'GMan'               £2.5m
Martin Jarvis            'Pelham Boy'      £1m

Amended team (and now called "Re-binked")

Dean Morris            Sir Donksalot     £3m
Ian Needleman       Xpressman        £2m
Gavin Kan              Pizzled              £2.5m
Graham Wheldon    Chompy            £3m
Glenn Henderson    Nirvana             £4m

The Rhinestone Recruiter sat to my right for 5 levels last night and hardly played a hand. His legend is, as the decade whimpers away, fading as his form turns from Binkdom to Blankdom.

Card dead - something I rarely experience.

Funnily enough I moved tables with 5,500 and 4 uncalled all ins later I was on 19k and back to the average.

The new table thought I was a maniac.  Then I ran into a hand and that was that!

Chirping in this spot is absolutely mandatory imo  :-)  great to have something useful to do with the dosh immediately too.

Amended team below, nearly fired myself to put in the Rockstar but you jest have to have yourself in your own team doncha think. Just couldn't find a way to get my straight man in the team or Yoda's boss which is a shame since I think they must score heavily.

So here goes:

Out with Poshboy and in with GUKPT hero and sure to score more points, Mr McBride
Last minute axe for Sir Donks for sitting on his lead :-) and in with sure to run better in 2010, chumpy, imo
A pleasing run of form and improvement in confidence for the Xpressman see's him displace Dennis in the inaugural fantasy poker winning team

'A Glass Half Full' (G.Henderson)   PAID

Glenn Henderson   £4m
Alex Martin   £3.5m  Lucky 3.5m
Dean Morris   £3m   Chompy  3.0m
Gavin Kan   £2.5m
Dennis Barnes   £2m Xpressman

In order to ensure I win this thing Ima have to recognise Mr McBinks lack of form and loss of confidence on the tourney tables and need to differentiate my team a bit more from the also rans.

And, I really want to get a genuine old skool (OAP) 'open 6x and shove any flop type' in my team.

Glenn Henderson   £4m
Alex Martin   £3.5m  Lucky 3.5m Rockstar £4m
Dean Morris   £3m   Chompy  3.0m (only makes the cut as too many people have the BPIL & Scots Wizard - Vincenzo)
Gavin Kan   £2.5m
Dennis Barnes   £2m Xpressman  TV's Tony Kendall  £1.5m (if Claire, Michelle or Tracy were over 65 then one of them would have made this spot for sure)

OK, that's it, no more changes
