There's no prize for monthly standings winner but it's competitive nonetheless and went down to the wire yesterday.
Firstly, G-Rodge surged to the top after winning the £5 rebuy for the 507th weekend on the bounce. That put him top on 69pts, meaning Xpressman needed to finish sixth or better to go back to the top. He duly finished fifth to claim the prize.
Laurence Cushioner went fourth, leaving myself (12pts), Celtic (15pts) and Graham Pound to chop it all up.
It's getting ridic tight at the top, with Sir Donkeys leading by just 0.02 of a point.

If you want daft levels. Last night I played in a comp that went 25 - 50, 50 - 75, 50 - 100, 100 - 200, 200 - 400, 300 - 600, 500 - 1000, 1000 -2000 etc.

Needless to say it suited my game such as it is perfectly!

Fousands of leaguers there last nite on Celtic's one night of the month off.......DrainyFish (sober - just ridic), LRRH, BoeryFish Millerband twin, Josh matrix twin (fantasy league), pilot adrian (fantasy), rockstar adrian, tommy 2 spaces, handsome Paul, ding ding, bradders, handbag man, and of course larfin loofah mr paulo noonantini - the ultimate runner up finisher (wp sir)

I would encourage mr dogracer to post his hand vs the J7 utg - a hand of much beauty to watch (and much bewilderment to analyse afterwards; lolz - happy Christmas paul)

My exit was an AKs shove for less than 10 bigs at 600/1200 only to walk into AA, and young Mormon twin then calling with 77s for the value/crack and the Bb calling with AJo (lol - FHL). 568 flop & 9 on river; mbn. N1 Josh.

Tom (Bombadil) My Land's pleas for 'savers' quashed by some Borat type (All hail Kazakstan!)    .....    C Mug out on the bubble without so much as the price of a can of Parafin for his trusty truck    .....    Nick Crisp in a creditable third     .....     said Mr Wotsit slightly premature with his 'prediction' that his MAHUSIVE stack would be clashing with the equally MAHUSIVE stack of Mrs Pham Bam Thank You Mam in deciding who'd TID, as he scanned the paltry stacks of the other Final Tablees   .....   Squadron Leader Loofah promptly battered all & sundry - bar the Glggling VietCong Girlie (who hid behind her mountain of chips whilst the MAS destroyed all the FT Upstarts)    .....    "Wanna choppee, choppee?" request made, and granted, @ gone 5.30 am   .....       one hand turnover    ....    and Mrs Pham is declared the Fishul winner!!!!!     .....    extraordinary celebrations/very odd noises from Family Pham (I thought they'd both break out into a phuqqin Dragon Dance at any second)    .....      a Larfin Loofah 2nd means Mrs Adams Fantasies are back on track   ....    time for bed    ..... g'night!
