Congratulations to Sir Donksalot, who has now cashed in six tournaments this year, all of them on a Wednesday night.
May your own god be with you during what's liable to be a testing time on the thread. There were 72 bits of flotsam last night and only two of them managed to upgrade themselves to the status of jetsam, including Megadong, by finishing ahead of our hero. Expect a 5000-worder at some point this afternoon. Rimtastic.
Among the flotsam were the long-absent Rice'n'peas and current league leader Aaron 'The Baron' Cardoso (8pts inc the 3pt bonus).
No more nicknames for me in future - they only get you into trouble. Sigh.

LOL I do have a scarily good record in this tourney...meh  says it all about my game level...played well during the playable bit was patient as the bloke to my left got aces and kings 6 times during the first four levels..built up to 70K by 800-1600 got aggressive and had to make 2 maths calls racing..lost both obv....and then from on picked my shovetastic spots...as usual a lot of the flotsam chose to wait for cards and get to 3 BB before they dare put a chip in the pot.. but overall played it as it should be played and got the result.
Who is Aaron the baron, are you Mediterranean and  have one of those round the mouth beards?

Can we have a special mention for the boy flossing his teeth at the table. Misunderstood the story of James Dean and the toothpick obv and actually had one of those plastic flossing sticks with floss atached and was flossing between his gums. Admittedly he did have good teeth...but just doesn't look as cool as James Dean.

All nice and updated now. 15pts pour moi, 12pts for Miss Claw, 9pts for SG, 5pts for MDD (Fantasy) and 4pts for Drainy. And five fifty for the great Willie Tann, which was about to be given back on 22 and neighbours etc when we left.
Quality first table here, then got moved to the left of Willie Tann, Rob Garfield and Nirvana, fresh from his photoshop night classes, but it all turned out obv.
As on Monday it must have been an hour before the first bust out from the final table but after that the flotsam gradually thinned. Good night imo. I'll be back this evening for my second tournament of the month. Anyone else trundling on down?
