Poor old Dick...

Obviously his comments are unacceptable but people have to realise Dick grew up in a time when there was hardly a black or Asian person in the country so to his mind they are literally alien to him and he harbours pretty harmless old school prejudice .

There are some out there that would have him hung drawn and quartered, but I'm sure in the cold light of day he realises he was wrong and he should be allowed to apologise like a man and come back to a place we all know he loves.

I personally find it hard to dislike Dick, he reminds me of my grandad...all grumps and hot air..but there is an indefinable thing that makes you like him.

As for the guys at the G I think they do a great job Satish,Bhav,Anthony,Raj and Dan to name a few do a thankless task and I know they are all pretty tight with each other and god only knows what they call us ( in many cases rightly so ).. so I hope they don't take too much offence from old Dick...on the whole I think you are greatly appreciated..

Sigh, still can't believe he's not gonna be there tonight. At least I now know to switch elbows on chair-backs to avoid blisterage. There's not much MDD doesn't know about poker.
Anyhoo, Pizzlepop went and finished second for 18pts (6pt bonus) to well and truly ease he's relegation fears. Drain Alien is now in danger of plunging into the bottom three.
