No staff member knew last night how long the ban was for.

I can see both sides. I know Dick didn't mean it the way it was taken, but if a staff member complains then the management have to be seen to act.

Hopefully it can all be sorted soon.

No defending MDD's comment. However, even if there was a complaint from a staff member, wouldn't a written warning have been enough? I've heard worse aimed at dealers from another reg.

Poor old MDD will be wondering what all the fuss is about. I'm old enough to remember Love Thy Neighbour on TV. Guess we're talking late 70s, early 80s. That stuff is incred now looking back at it.

MDD grew up in a different era and he is nothing compared to the old fella that used to live next door to me.

Again, no excusing what he said but a ban does seem harsh.

I still think they'll be acting on orders from H.Q in relation to one of the 3xRs being breached.
Ahhhhh - love thy neighbour. Sounds like a nice program between a white bloke wot's called chalky, a black bloke and a bird with a ginger bonce - but I am too young to remember such a tv program imo
