doesn't the front desk just keep a record of how many times you've been in the buillding though?  not gonna be totally accurate with some people playing more than one comp in a day, a few 2 dayers thrown into the mix, and the odd comp with less than 25 runners?  can the poker room not pull up more accurate stats?

A bit of leeway will be granted for extra visits obv but those up the top of the table generally only attend to play donkaments.

Let's say, for example, Celtic has put in for 70 visits come the end of the year, but one of the lovely ladies on front desk confirms he's been there 167 times, that ain't gonna cut the mustard!

The other issue with the desk method is that visits for purely social / drinking reasons would give incorrect tourney totals

Ps - TWO tourneys for me in September Chomps, which is TWICE as many as August. I is like well regular now innit.
I may play Tit Tuesday but only if Little Red Wifey Hood tricks me into thinking I'm going somewhere decent. Unlikely imo.

I attended the G for the Monday night stupid thing one week, with Orford & LML, & we all eventually withdrew before it started, as it only had 2 Tables, so we played a "private" SNG.

Does that count towards my September total?
