I plan to shortly retire for my afternoon power-nappage. Anyone that rings me before 6pm is going to get seriously hurt.

Custom & practice on "early-reg" nights is a series of incoming "can you buy me in, please?" Calls, which I'm always very happy to do. But if they ring mid-nappage, God help them.

I am a massive technophobe,my phone is a touch screen thing that just confuses me, and i dont even recognise 90% of the icons on it

But even i know that mobile phones have "silent" settings.......

It may have an off or silent setting, but how would I know that? Anyway, I use the Alarm, so "silent" would be a bit, if you'll pardon the pun, dumb.
