reminds me of an anecdote i heard once, there was a reception for the west indies cricket team many years ago when a very posh if rather tipsy english woman asked 7ft fast bowler joel garner if he was "all in proportion" to which he replied "maam if i was all in proportion i'd be twelve feet tall"
