After the family of Eluana Englaro (who had been comatose for 17 years) succeeded in having her right to die recognized by the judges and getting doctors to start the process of allowing her to die in the way established by the court, Berlusconi issued a decree to stop the doctor from letting her die. Stating that, "This is murder. I would be failing to rescue her. I'm not a Pontius Pilate", Berlusconi went on to defend his decision by claiming that she was "in the condition to have babies", arguing that comatose woman was still subject to menstruation.

You're missing my point here. If he were the world's worst person, seeing someone smash him in the face wouldn't be funny (imo)

He's about as corrupt a politician and person as you can get. He creates new laws to protect himself and has stepped on people all through his life. Now I agree with you its not funny to see him get bitch slapped it sure is justified though. Karma Police.

Ok it's not laugh-out-loud funny for me, but there is an element of justice to it which I find kind of amusing. The people of a country have laws set up on their behalf, some of them to stop the guys at the very top getting out of control. When the guys at the top repeatedly set up new laws to stop them being prosecuted, the people can begin to feel powerless. It's just so....appropriate that some pleb should end up doing the only thing left available to the people, smacking the guy in the face.
Initially I thought it was a punch though. Lobbing a heavy object into the face of a geriatric, could have killed the guy...
