Great location, and a very fast growing area, and (although the franchsie is meh) a wonderful ground with room to expand
Add good rail links, good road links and if the ground ever gets finished it'll be pretty shit hot.
Most passionless ground i've been to this season, home team 1-0 up, 9k there, not a whisper...
