just get your whole life on newcastle at 4/5 or better, believe me, they are a 1/2 shot.

This, while Newcastle haven't been in top gear, they've been solid and look a class above the others (despite being an average team) and Wednesday are bloody awful.

Trigg, the only problem with the Hammers is they have no strikers fit, I'm not sure where they'll get the goals from.

Lots of bets for me tomorrow for Kev to laugh at when they get chinned.

LAY West Ham @ 2.24
LAY WBA @ 1.44
LAY Newcastle @ 1.74
BACK Barnsley @ 3.7
BACK Ipswich @ 3.25
BACK Watford @ 3.25

Probably like Barnsley the most.

I virtually never get involved in QPR games.

BUt I am very close to laying them at 2.12. If they go evens I will be forced to get involved Sad

Leeds are a terrible 1/3 shot today. Should be 4/7 after recent performances.

It doesn't really matter how well they have been playing recently,,, Elland Road is a fortress and the result will only go one way... Prob... 1-0 to Leeds
