I got same email yesterday, I was n't sure if it was genuine at first.

Hardly ever use it, so best idea would be to close it as well.

I got the same email, at the bottom it states the following...

Quote
*The inactive administrative fee up to 30 USD will be charged annually until you withdraw your funds or the account balance reaches zero. If your account is at zero at the time of the fee application, no further deduction to your account will be made.

So as long as you have nothing in there and it's still inactive, you'll get charged nothing.

I would guess its an automated email for dormant accounts, just happens you have a 0 balance. If it was in credit they would be taking the money obv. When i looked at the debit card they do there was a t+c on it stating they will charge you if you dont use it. Cant remember the time span but was pretty redic small so never bothered.

I had a debit card with them about 3 years ago, no idea where it is, and never used it.

So where does the charge come from? do they just put your account into minus figures or do they charge your debit card?
