Party Poker/ Late Night Poker Heats

Just wondering if anybody on this forum is having trouble with Party Poker. They take deposit money with the correct code but then don't register some people for the heats, I know of a few others elsewhere who are getting messed about by them.

I still keep getting the POKERACENOW pop up 3 weeks after clearing it and I never was entered in one of the freerolls. Do party ever answer emails?

Oh they answer my mail but never with anything concrete. The marketing web page says you would be entered into the following Wednesday's heat or, if full, the following one. My repleis are that we will put you in one one day, just keep an eye out, I cannot get them to give out anything firmer.
