I run a few affiliate links from my blog and sign a few players up to sites via word of mouth.

Last July I noticed that one of my highest raking players had gone AWOL from my monthly reports/payments.   He was still listed historically and was still playing high volumes (I know because he's a good friend).

The room in question was in the midst of a lot of technical changes so I made sure I'd got some screen shots of the problem and fired it off to my account manager for resolution.

Since July I've provided full details of the issue and screen shots etc to various people and been passed to around a fair bit.   It got to the point about 3 months ago where they'd acknowledged that there was a problem and I'd needed to have the player "re-credited" back to my affiliate account and be compensated for the lost revenue.. but still no action.

I mail the account manager on a regular basis (think I must have sent about 15-20 mails on this subject to them over the months) but keep getting fobbed off... "Yes we are still looking into it" ... "it's very hard to resolve"   etc etc etc.

I don't think it helps matters that the room in question outsourced their Affiliate account management early 2009 either.

The sums in question are not massive but enough to chase down... somewhere around $500.   After 6months of getting the run around I'm getting increasingly annoyed but other than chipping away via e-mail was wondering what my next step should be?

The room in question is a large 'reputable' UK high street bookmaker.

Pretty sure Tighty or one of the mods will ask you to remove your blog link from your sig if you are promoting that sort of thing on it.

Get your friend to send an email saying that he won't play anymore on there unless they resolve the issue within x days. Should see a change.
