They are alot cheaper then the ones you get from the store on ur high street? Dunno if they will be very good though.

My cousin buys his lenses on line.

He tells me the lenses are the exact same as those found in the high street opticians with the only difference being the cost.

I had a quick look at the link and all the big name lens manufactures are on the site.

I have been using the all day and all night lenses for about 4 years through Specsavers, and athough they work out at aboyt £13 per month. It is worth it.

The fantastic thing about them is that you never have to take them out for about a month unless you feel a clean/rinse is required. No more waking in the morning feeling as though you have a marble in your eye. If you have never worn this style of lense, i would totally recommend them

I have worn contact lenses for 24 years (not the same pair!  ) and have tried almost every kind on the market. I did use 24hr lenses for a while but ended up with a horrendous infection (blisters on insides or eyelids). I'm not saying don't try them, just make sure you take expert advice as they are not suitable for everyone.

However I let my prescription run out & ran out of lenses so can't get a lens check - so I'm back to glasses.

Anyone know of a company who aren't as strict on the paperwork so I can get a pair of lenses to get the checks done?

I use www.contactlenses.co.uk and have never had to provide a prescription. They normally arrive the next day too.

Cheers for that - they're the same price aas the ones I was using as well (and cheaper in bulk). Think I'll be sensible and get the eye test & lens check before the next batch though.
