I always thought Keanu Reeves went downhill after his Bill & Ted masterworks.

The crying scene in Truly Madly Deeply where she sobs and sobs and sobs and it has to be real.....
You had me at hello scene with Tom Cruise
The only novice woman player in the Pokerstars PCA bahamas tournamant receiving a cheque for first prize - oh sorry - they have yet to make that film.......who will get to play the starring role?

Ahhh another Truly Madly Deeply fan -

EVERY time I watch that film I am just sobbing like a sobbing thing... I know it's going to happen, and yet I still have to watch it every bloody time it's on.

I do like that film, so my raise to you Ms Dell, is Michael, with John Travolta, and City of Angels.. seeing as we are moving into the schmoozy film genre.

You girlies can croon away as much as you wish. Here's one for the boys though, to redress the balance.

The Goonies when Sloth ripped open his shirt on the pirate ship to reveal a superman t-shirt before saving the kiddies from his crimbo family.

The start of temple of doom, the big boulder rolling after indiana, the natives chucking spears , the slide through the door as it closes and grabbing the hat, pure genius.

Best part is any young boy who saw it at the time stole their mothers washing line, Grandfathers hat and some doll shapes object ( usually stolen from a sister or something) and hust played it all out.

ahh good times! Cheesy Cheesy

One teensy girlie film... I direct you to my initial list fine Sir, where it containeth not ONE romance flick, then I just get a bit foamy about a good honest schmaltzy title, and you go all huffy, and bring out a Spielberg Dud. If you want to talk about Spielberg - let's do Duel Smiley

I put it to you Sir, you cried at the end of Lassie Come Home when you were 10, and have never admitted it to anyone!

Newmanseye - that was Raiders.

I have been humbled....

But I will admit that I did cry to lassie, regardless of which one it was, saying this I also cried to the littlest hobo on a weekly basis, soft as fondant me.
