Should I Have Got Away?
«

Should I have played the hand differently? Is this a cooler or can I fold the turn?
Villain: 20/12. He got his chips by raising to $7 preflop (2 callers), bet-calling ($16, $42) a
flop, betting (oop) $80 on
turn and $88 on
river (opponent folded).

Not sure what level we're on with "Should I have got away?" thread titles, does he have KJ?
I reckon he has a ten and another ten.
I don't think I have ever seen a title along similar line to this where, the answer is yes, fold.

He more likely to have a better 7 than TT here. It's a fold but everyone calls anyway

Wow, really?? OK fair enough but don't raise 87ss if you're going to fold on this board. Flop trips, turn a flush draw, fold to one raise.
shit, just read villain is 20/12. Over how many hands? Any decent number and I guess this guy's range is just TT. Maybe it is a fold
I missed the fact we turned a FD. Changed my mind I think jam

aslong as villains 3b range is 7/8%+, this is a fold.
what are we hoping? that a 20/12 decided to float oop w air/ JKss/j9ss then cr the turn when he binks the world? think not. We beat 67s and he folds at least a few of these combos pre. Whats far more important in this hand is we just call his turn raise and
not
jam if we continue.

Sure, but the turn is never a fold.
