As from the end of January, I shall no longer be working for blonde poker.

Circumstances being what they are with the new ipoker rules and practices has seen our business decimated, and it became patently clear that my position and the card room as was, is no longer viable.

Rich is working flat out to find an alternative solution for the business, but nothing is in the pipeline that would have the means to keep me on the payroll. I fully understand the problems and although it is never nice to lose your job there really was no option.

I will of course carry on as is until the end of Jan, and as such it is business as usual until then, so keep PM'ing me and emailing if you have any issues card room wise.... I will also remain on hand for the transition and hand over at the end of the contract with our provider.

Can I take this opportunity to say how much I have enjoyed working for blonde, and I hope that I have been successful in bridging the gap between the player and the provider in terms of customer service, and bringing you fun games and leagues over the years which included some added value at times, but always a laugh and some fun.

Not sure where I go from here (apart from the job centre Cheesy ) ... but I will still be around on blonde after the end of the month, I have far too many friends on here to walk away.

Thanks to everyone who has supported both blonde and myself in my position as card room manager, it was and is greatly appreciated.

All the best mate

In an industry full of people who just don't give a shit about their players Kev was genuinely someone who'd go out of their way to quickly help out people with problems - hope you find something soon.

Still, at least Jane won't have to do any housework or cooking for the forseeable future, so there is an upside.
