he'll write out some bodybuilding routine. there are a million posts on teh internet about whether SS or BBing is best for noobs. thing is from a gym's perspective they would rather have you sitting on machines and pay their staff £5 an hour than pay for people who can teach lifting correctly. anyway everything works to start with. gl |
