The 'Go Luxury' strip view rooms at the flamingo are very good and the rate is probably about what your looking at without worrying about clocking up poker rate hours. Great location.

Rio is off strip(maybe a mile),there is a shuttle bus to the strip but i don't know if it has wheelchair access.

It's very low down on my list, just above Circus-circus.

The rooms are actually quite nice but the hotel does nothing for me, it's a little out of the way too.
