Tip for going to Bank: Go next door for a few drinks in Fix first, for 2 reasons.
1. The waitresses are all incred there and you get to peruse a constant stream of 8's and 9's as they make their way to the club. You'll feel like one of those bears sat by a waterfall where the salmon jump out of the water and into their mouths.
2. Spend a decent amount (not difficult
) and when the cocktail waitress asks you where you're going next, ask her to suggest somewhere. She'll suggest Bank because she has to, then ask her if she can get you queue-jump. BINK. (She might say no but she can get your cover charges. Don't worry, she then writes on a business card "Please look after my 4 friends. Chrissi xxx". Just waltz up to the front of the queue and tell the bouncer you got a meal in fix and they said you could have queue-jump, show him the card and hey presto)
Have fun
Nice one mate, will give it a go. Any more tips for the rest of our time here? Weve got at least a day or 2 where me doing more chunks on cash is on the agenda lol

Likewise with N9ne and Ghost Bar afterwards. The only thing I would add for those not used to things like that, is to arrange the queue-jump BEFORE deciding how much to tip. Once you've paid and tipped, you are out of there. Whilst you are all peeling off notes deciding how much to leave, that's an EXCELLENT time to ask her what she can do to help.

Think im like winning 2 outta 7 cash sessions at the minute so good job Giblin left me all his dollars. fair to say nobodys rlly setting the town alight on the cash game front.
Oi! I'm in profit. But yeah, guess I'm hardly setting the town on fire though
Played a hand the other day, and to say that some of the game's are soft is a slight understatement. Fella in seat 5 is wearing shades and a WSOP 2006 Full Tilt t-shirt (think he's a beige pro or something). Anyway, he's a complete fish. $1/2 game and it would be limp, limp and then he'd raise to $25, or there'd a pot with 3 players and he'd lead out for 4x the pot.
The funny hand was one where I raised pre from the button with
. SB folds and WSOP 2006 calls.
Flop:
Nice. I lead out, as he will call if he has any of it, and call he does.
Turn:
I bet out again, and he calls.
River:
He starts counting out stacks of chips as though he's going to bet, and he definitely looks happy with the board and life in general. FML I think he has a straight. I decided to check and then crying call his bet.
Sure enough he leads out with a hefty bet, and I sigh, say "have you got the straight?" and call. He nods and says "yeah, I've got the straight".
Turns over
. Dealer had to explain that he didn't have a straight...

A group of girls asked us to take their photo for them, and we got them to return the favour (with the photo above). I thought it would be rude not to take a photo of them with my camera at the same time, thought some might appreciate it... (apologies for the quality, it was an off the cuff idea - so to speak)
