Have i just spewed off in this hand or has villain got only hand (set) he can call with on river. Is there enough other hands he has in his range to make the shove on the river profitable.

Dont have any HUD stats on villain but hes on all 4 of my tables and pretty active from late position and has folded to a high percentage of my 3bets and flop cbets.

When i call the turn i want to either bink the gutterball or shove over any river bet if i improve or not. (Both have full $400 stacks)

hmm these kind of hands are entirely results orientated - would you have posted if your move worked?  Anyway if I was going to get funky I would do it on the turn as it looks very strong and you at least have 9 outs over a big ace.

This spot seems risky to me to pull of this play with stacks this (un) deep.

Hmmmm im 3Xing him on the river for 80 big blinds on the river..... dont think stacks being 'shallow' is the problem.

Well I can't think what oppo could have here that wouldn't call.

Does a decent A fire 3 streets?

You've not exactly shown no fight in this hand so when he fires the river he must have something.

The board is very dry and you've called 2 streets. The river hasn't changed anything so he must know you're at least going to call his river bet.

Put yourself in oppo's shoes. There's a lot of hands here with showdon value that are worth check/calling.

Anything that's only half decent doesn't fire the river.

His bet screams of value bet to me and I don't want to be bluff shoving against one of them.
