That's a  ping test,it tells you how long it takes to get from a to b,not how much load it will carry, you need a speedtest, there is one on the same site.

As I said in the Toon thread, I really don't care about it. If it brings money into the club they can call it whatever they like for all I care, we will still call it SJP anyway.

This

Supporters will always refer to it as SJP and they don't need directions. away support wouldn't care less what it's called.

If NUFC own their own ground the Council should have no input regards renaming.

Councils only concern would be the replacement of directional signs, simple let the club do it and pick up the tab, alternatively use your staff but bill the club.

wtf im sorry, im way behind! Nps

where are you living? Jesmond
who are the people? The Lad that moves in today is emigrating to Canada when he gets his Visas sorted so is only here for a couple of months, haven't met the lass but know she works in IT, the lad I've met went to Mackem Uni doing film and media studies, he's from Stockton-on-Tees and is now doing volunteer work for a marketing company.
how long is the contract? It's on a one moth rolling contract so no real ties
do they know you're a professional gambler? Yeah, the landord seems sound, wierdly enough he was my dentist for a short period of time about 10 years ago, small world.

sorry bud.

The download seems low for a fast cable connection unless your housemate was also using it at the same time.
This is mine for phoneline connection.

Yeah he is also using it, however, that's with only two of us in the house and there's going to be times when all four of us will be using it, should I be concerned ?

Chances are you wont all be downloading at the same time and poker doesn't need a great deal of bandwidth.

If you've got a 100Mb connection giving those results through a wired connection I'd be very concerned.

I've got 30Mb and the speedtest always gives 30Mb/s or slightly more. This is mine just now.

I'd be surprised if your friends are downloading at 85Mb between them so you might need to check it properly.

You need to check with them if they do lots of downloading and uploading. If they do you need to get together and talk about limits. I know virgin claim unlimited use but it's subject to fair use on peer to peer stuff and after a certain amount they throttle the shit out of your connection.

As Dino has said though you don't need much for poker so you'll be ok. 12Mb/s is huge for what you'll ever need but if you're paying for 100Mb/s between you I think you need to have a look at it.

there is almost 0 chance that you have a 100mb connection with those results.

talk to virgin again and ask if it's activated properly Smiley
