Well that took a while longer than it should've.Unlike stars to have any problems though tbf so I'll let them off this time, sort it out though Stu.Ran ok throughout today with steady binks to keep in profit.Balance is $100 less as I stake Julian Thew live Smiley

Games today : 200
Profit today : $266.00
Games month : 3100
Profit month : $4482.00

Current balance : $2666.00

I'm starting to feel the nerves for the England game tmoro,I'll be gutted if we go out this early,I didn't expect us to win it but I did think we'd perform at our best with Capello in charge and that certainly hasn't been the case, huge sigh. Please sort it out tmoro.

Congrats on the month you're having Ray. Hope you don't think this is being nosey but how do you think you've handled the transition of playing poker as purely a hobby/beer money to now having to rely on it as a percentage of your income? Has the enjoyment level dropped at all?  Reason I ask is I went through a similar transition 11 months ago and there have been times in the last 11 months when i've felt i've been playing more because I've got too than because I want too. When I had a desk job, I really looked forward to playing for four to five hours in the evening, it was never a grind.

Cheers,I like people asking questions as it keeps the thread from being boring with me just putting updates on.I guess if you'd asked me before this month most would think I hadn't handled it very well as I wasn't playing much and obviously that could just seem like an excuse but I would point to the computer problems I was having to why that was the case.I have been motivated by the 1k prop bet but also it's much easier to do a session when your having a good run which I am at the minute. In future months I'll be planning on playing around 3k games a month and fully expect to put that volume in.The enjoyment level hasn't dropper for me,yet.I fully expect at some point it will but as I've said previously it would be as bad as having to sit in an office doing a job I really don't like.I actually don't mind the accountancy job now that I only have to do two days a week, but it was really getting me down before I started to doing this.I've always thought it's so important that you enjoy the job that you do since you spend so much of your life at work.

On a sidenote its been mentioned a few times the last couple of days about GIQ,does it tilt people me putting up figures,I only did it at first for people to see how it progressed(I didn't really expect it to pan out like this)but if it does i'll stop.I don't do it to brag and hope it doesn't come across like that.
