I was in the office @ 6am, been updating & replying to stuff on the Forum next door, & prepping for tonight's Show. Will go home @ around Noon & grab a few hours sleep, then return for tonight's Show, which is 5 hours live from 7pm until Midnight. If I ever stop running, I think I'll just fall over & conk out forever.

Here, especially for Ray, & his incred Diary, is a photo I took myself, on Sunday. Could a Geordie footballer do that balancing thing with a football?

In case you cannot see it very well - yup, a crap snap - the geezer has a 12" long stick in his mouth, upon which are balanced 2 water bottles & a football, & he could do all manner of tricks & juggling with them. Someone lobbed the bottle towards him, he caught it on the stick, THEN they lobbed the ball & he caught that on top of the bottle! Neat, or what?
