Latest Always Sunny and The League absolutely amazing.

Huge improvements on the previous week which were both a bit meh.

Good to have them back on form.

Yeah The League was class, leg titties hahaha.

Was it just me or was last week's episode total shit? Pretty much the worst ever?

I can't remember that far back lol but do remember thinking the last couple were nowhere near normal stds.

What STD's are normal for you?

For anyone who still (even after all this time) has a Jack Bauer-sized hole in their life that needs filling, HMV are currently selling the all 8 season boxset of 24 for £49.

Great finish to the season of BE, definitely made up for the weaker earlier eps, possibly best ever eps of it.

I started 'The Walking Dead' last week through it's recommendation in this thread. I'm deep into season 2 already which shows it's living up to the praise.
I don't think I would have otherwise watched it as all I knew about it was it's zombie theme; although there are a couple good zombie films, I'm never in a mood to consciously pick one to watch ('Zombieland' is a very good zombie comedy btw)

TWD however, is different to any other. It depicts a lot of sadness and misery as you would imagine, living in a post-apocalyptic world after a global epidemic. You see this more because it's a series and there's scenes between the major incidents, of their day to day living where you wouldn't see this in a feature length film as much. Pretty sad to see a world where suicide has a reasonable argument for debate even though you are fully healthy.

I'm struggling to see how the writers will close the story's arc other than the predictable 'finding a cure' scenario. Maybe you guys that are up to date already know what direction it's heading in. No spoilers if so!

I saw an article yesterday that more shotguns are being sold in America this year than ever and the gun people are putting it down to growing concern about the possibility of zombies. Some of the weaponry is now advertised as Zombie Guns and Zombie Bullets.

They really are one on their own, Americans. We have people who celebrate Christmas every day but they are just in a different league.
