Just watching the latest one - poor Daniel Negreanu - he shouldn't play this cash game
Poor Daniel Negreanu? The guy is a disgrace the way he conducts himself, smashing the table when someone else just done $100k+ in the pot.
yer i kinda agree, also the str8 v vilhaus (sp?) was unreal. I mean he cant be THAT past it to realise that was a horrendous slowroll.

'I used to eat sushi 5 times a week, now I just eat vegatables' LOL why did I laugh so much at that?
Latest episode was pretty good, would have liked to see more of Elky though. I really wanted to find out how players like Mercier/Elky would cope in that kind of cash environment, ah well!

Yeah, but there wasn't much shown of him either. Either their hands weren't that interesting, or both Mercier Elky just nitted up.

What is the point of matusow being on the show? he cant afford to get his money in and he cant play well enough when he does play a hand. he spends half episode complaining about never getting anything then snap folds 57s in lp to an ep raise.
Wtf at doyle open shoving.

Wtf at doyle open shoving.
I remember Doyle limping utg and reshoving all in for 500k way AK in one of the earlier seasons shows.

Pretty comedy stuff in that episode....
Phil Galfond's call with Q7 diamonds against Eli's A10 was a bit weird, no? Either gambooool, or fold on the flop? Doubt Eli's ever checking the turn, so Phil's play just made me curious...

Yeah galfonds call seemed odd. That said, if the diamond hits I don't think elezra is folding.

Eli probably isn't folding, but when was Phil's poker ever about get it in if I hit, and fold if I miss?
Depending on loads of other factors that we aren't aware about, that might have been the best play for Galfond, but it just didn't seem too good to me.

Opinions on Doyles shove with the AQ
and wouldnt mike be better running it 3 times to make a profit instead of twice

Not saying it was a good play, but I don't think it's as bad against Elezra as it might be against others. That said, dunno what the stack sizes were. Doubt he was deep enough to call then fold the turn if he misses.
