Bit of digging tells us that Beardy was racially abusing the young guy ... asking him "how much for a shoeshine" etc. there is also footage of him being tazered at a baseball game.
Obviously a few savouries short of a buffet.

In his interview he said he was on the phone and said "my boy is going to shine my shoes" and the young lad said "why's it got to be a black guy that shines your shoe" and old man starts saying it doesn't have to be a black guy but misheard the lads first comment and thats why he asked how much for a shoeshine.
Still not all there but i don't think this was his fault.
