Have your shot at winning a place in one of the UK’s largest tournaments. The Irish open gets bigger and better every year. Get yourself a guaranteed seat. Play tonight at 8pm at the Circus Casino Manchester.

Irish Open Qualifier £125 + 10 5000 starting chips, 50/100 blinds, 30 min clock for 2 levels then 20 min clock (25 player minimum)

Also, don’t forget the Masters Festival Main Event tomorrow at 3pm at the Circus Casino

Just giving feedback, constructively, but

Irish Open Qualifier £125 + 10 5000 starting chips, 50/100 blinds, 30 min clock for 2 levels then 20 min clock (25 player minimum)

is immensely poor value. 50x bb starting stack and a mostly 20 minute clock

I doubt the event will run if 25 players required

Compare it to the DTD satellite tonight for the same event. Even ignoring the 7 seat guarantee it will be far better value for money with a better structure.

Not really poor value imo. You aren't there for the tournament experience you're just trying to bink a seat.

There is no skill involved in trying to bink a single seat out of 25 runners so the quicker it gets done the better.

Just a bit of bingo really.

A guaranteed seat providing you hit 25 runners @ £125 each??

Worse case scenario you get 25 players and have to add £75

<25 = no seat
>25 = no value

Not much to shout about really

As i predicted game cancelled , nobody turned up.

Would have definitely got plenty of runners with the correct marketing.
The GUKPT £50 rebuy satellites at Bolton in january ( 15 mins drive away ) attracted over 100 runners and generated 14 £1070 seats  so i think there is a market for these games , its just that very few people knew about them , and those that did may have been put off by the awful structure . ( 5,000 chips 50/100 doubling every 20 mins )

Doubt you'll get any runners for this afternoon main event but good luck hope i'm wrong.

4 people turned up for main event which did not go ahead.

the freeroll play off for a main event seat ended up being chopped 3 ways , £90 each.

I would advise any intending to play sundays £100 PLH/PLO not to bother as i doubt it attract any runners.
