News in from the blonde one. He HAS got a seat today.......

Today's PLH is a shade quieter than yesterday's NLH - probably about 600-700 runners.

Daniel Negrenau staged THE most dramatc of exits. He had 88, & the flop came 8-A-A, thus flopping a boat. Shame that Matey Boy was holding AA........

In fact, there were just over a 1,000 runners in this, down to 250 now, with 100 getting paid. 1st prize is some $350,000.

Dave Colclough exited arly, but Padraig Parkinson is still in.

Joe Beevers, Isabelle Mercier & Marcel Luske all went a long way, only to bust out for small money.

Dave has promised me full chip counts for the remaining 4 tables soonest.

There are 4 tables left in the $1,500 PLH, , but no British interest according to The Blonde One.

Simon,

Have sent a text to Dave, will let you know as soon as he replies. To be safe, I think you should try & pre-register. Last I heard, it was almost sold out, & they had not made a decision to add a fourth day.

I hope you will be at Gutshot next Thursday for the Wm Hill comp - the Poker 425 cameras will be there, & it will be on the show the following Wednesday.

Anyone travelling to Vegas who wants to play in the big one, should pre-register. The 6600 seats may already all be taken. There may be a fourth day though increasing the capacity to 8800. But these may disappear fast as well.

Doubt it as you have to produce passport-type ID to register.

Ergo possibly to collect any winnings too !
