Cos and Ben Roberts battle

Cos raised to 18,000 in the cut off and Ben, in his measured and deliberate style flats in the small blind

Heads up to a   flop it is checked through

turn   Roberts leads for 30,000 and Cos calls

river   Ben checks and Cos thinks for awhile. He has about 140,000 left and I think he is itching to bet

Eventually he raps his knuckles on the table with some frustration to signify a check and Roberts announces "two pair" and shows    which is a winner


Cos isn't very happy with himself. What is he castigating himself over?

He had a big diamond? He should have c-bet the flop? fired the river? Who knows!

Tyler Bonkowski is the yellow shirted, sunglassed lad on the feature table

I took it on myself to investigate who he was, via means of conversing with Annette the hottie working for 888.com with whom he qualified for this


I was told that he is 25 from Saskatchewan in Canada. Plays $500-$1000 online and recently finished 49th in the Aussie Millions


She did say some other stuff, but I was lost in the clear pools of her deep azure blue eyes, vaguely looking in my direction by that stage

I went to see Cos just after this hand whilst Ben was still stacking his chips. 

Ben said to me about Cos "He is such a nice guy"   "and one of the best players I have seen!"

I've still got 140k after a few things haven't gone my way but only been all in once. I've 3-bet a fair amount and then 3-bet induced a young hungarian guy to spazz with A8.
