I miss no mobile phones. When you finished work for the day you finished work. You could go and enjoy a round of golf or have a meal in a restaurant and no fecker knew where you were or how to contact you. These days you are expected to be contactable 24/7 if you hold any position of responsibility and that's a massive life change which employers don't actually pay for.

yep, this pisses me off intensely.

Take the battery out if it annoys you that much. They won't get a message to say your phone is off that way.

I remember as a treat,my mum use to buy us powder icecream,just add milk and whisk...took forever to freeze but it was yummy xx

When you switch some phones off does the phone send a signal to the cell tower that it is being switched off?
