3 handed

Payouts as follows

£3500

£2000

£1250

There is a £1000 GUKPT seat to the winner too

All three chip stacks are 500,000

blinds are 8000/16000/1000 on a 45 minute clock, mid level

Button, the tightest player of the three but unlikely to make many mistakes. Folds

Small blind raises to 42000 with

Big blind, long time chip leader with a very LAGgy game, constantly pressuring and never backing down, shoves for 500,000

As the Small blind you do what?

Don't raise against this particular description of player unless you intend to call a shove.

Hence given the action do what BAM says.

If you don't fancy getting it in with KTs don't raise in the first place. You're gifting him chips.

You're my hero bigman

A terrible shove for all his chips and I would be thinking before I raise to call any reraise but a shove that deep means 'please dont call' because if he had a biggy he would have put in a normal raise with 500k behind, so easy call for me.

....oh and its soooted!

Rich I remember you saying it was an extraordinary call - or something similar but I was thinking what an extraordinary shove with AJo and tbh I was surprised he was that strong but against that player in that position I would have called.  Its 3 handed SB has a big hand and the shove doesn't say 'big hand' to me and a lay down would mean he owns me from now on, its not ideal but I think the call from the SB is a lot better play than the shove from the BB.

So what do you do?

Raise/fold or just fold?

Raise/folding and limp/re-shoving are both valid options
