Road Traffic Police

I cant begin to describe how much i detest Road Traffic Police

They serve no meaningful function is society. They do not reduce RTA's - infact the more we have the more accidents there are (the correlation could be skewed by and increase in cars too but that really wouldn't help my point, so like a good politician i will gloss over that)

This morning an unmarked motorbike pulled out in front of me (dangerously IMO), slowed me down, and then pulled aside to let me go past. Obviously irked i might have crept over 70 mph, and  the wanker pulls me over after setting me up.

Its not the fact i was caught speeding, its the scum bag manner in which it was done. This alongside the police officer who was prepared to lie under oath, despite the fact that maths and physics were against his outrageous claims make me sick

There are problems in this society which far outweigh speeding, but they don't generate revenue.


Lying scum like these shouldn't be allowed to be police officers. They are driven by financial revenue streams, not justice or safety. The c0ck couldn't even get the time right on the docket. So if i wanted it, i even have my out, as they would struggle to prosecute. However I cant bring myself to go to court again and watch a police man lie and give me even less faith in our ever declining "justice system"

Sell drugs, murder, rape, no problem son, here is your community order, but how dare you break a speed limit - throw the book at this one because he can afford it.

Just to back up there brand of justice - an attractive female friend of mine has got off speeding 3 times by crying twice and hitching up her skirt once - WP police -  now that's your special brand of justice

Our entire system is just geared to squeeze every last penny out of hard working law abiding citizens... so they can go and give it to lazy,scum to sit on their fat arses all day and laugh at the rest of us killing ourselves to break even....

I got caught by one of the 7 million speed cameras that infest our road networks under the guise of road safety, usually in places there has never been an accident obv..

for an sp30 ticket ( only my 2nd in 20 years ) they deemed a suitable punishment was 5 points on my licence and £380 fine  WTF !!!!!  I would have got less for offing an OAP....

My appeal is in process.....

Are you being prosecuted for speeding? Were you speeding? Where's the lie?

If he really is lying scum then you have a duty to go to court and see justice done. Unfortunately if you were speeding you're fooked.

Are you being prosecuted for speeding? Were you speeding? Where's the lie?

the might have crept over 70 was tongue in cheek. Its the fact that he sets me up in the first place that I am angered about. If I am sppeding, then let me drive past you a clock me, dont set it up just to make sure.

The lying scum comes from 2 other occasions where i have had to spend 2k in legal fees each time to clear my name. LAst time i had a police officer trying to defy the laws of physics to convict me! Despite this, i was advised by my legal team to use "technicalities" to get off, as we would otherwise have to produce an 'expert' at my cost to advise the bench of simple maths!

As far as I am concerned, if they fail to preosecute, then they should be subject to disciplinary action. Surely thats fair?  I they are happy ro get you up in court and lie, and then you proceed to win, why should they keep their jobs? Maybe they would be a little less happy about lying in the first place.

They are miscreant and it will take a lot to convince me otherwise.

I prefer road traffic police to speed cameras.  You can talk nicely to police officers and you can get away with it, not so with cameras - they don't seem to want to engage in a conversation.

Traffic police can also stop other offences other than speeding, such as dangerous driving and the like.  They can also aid and assist people who've broken down or who have been in accidents.
