Top two slices of dry toast with a light covering of grated cheese and sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Place side by side in microwave. (Cheese side up) Cook on full power for 35 seconds,  enjoy.

This, however swap the cayenne for worcester sauce or better still...............anchovies.
