Playing around 18k.

Lady opens from EP to 300, hadnt been active but very ABC from what had been seen.  I flat with  in the hi jack and get 3 callers behind me.

Flop brings a pretty standard    .

Gets checked to me, and I check too, anyone lead here?

Turn  and Jerome Bradpiece leads from the BB playing 12k for 700.  I think this is where I really mucked up by flatting.  Do most raise here?  Has he shown enough strength leading into 4 others to warrant raising?

Everyone else folds and we see a river of  to put a 4 card straight there.  JB leads again for 1,500 and I raise to 3425.  Should this be more or does my line to far too much like nuts?

On that other guy's thread you don't call another 500 in bb because you say the hand doesn't play well 4 ways on A-high or 10-high flop. I agree with that. What's your thinking behind calling 300 with A-7 from ep lady when it's likely you go multi-way here?

def bet the flop. try and build a pot. by checking it makes it difficult to get big bets in on later streets since ur hand turns itself face up if u start raising + the pot is smaller anyway

as played i flat the turn and raise river to 5k, but yeh ur line does look like nuts, hence why we should be betting flop

bet the flop, we cant get stacks in by the river any other way and v 3 players someone will have flopped something a lot of the time.

if you take this line and reach the river like this, raise more to rep a wider range (with more bluffs in it)

Whats to say its going to go multi way?

Im in posistion, against a very weak player and have plenty of chips.  Im playing mega deep and mine are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTED. I think the 2 hands are chalk and cheese.

he is putting in 2% of his stack and knows what he wants the flop to bring?

i'd bet the flop and start building the pot - plus somepeople tend to do crazy stuff on monotone flops if they flop a pair etc

I like betting the flop, so many players will call off huge percentages of their stack with pair + flush draw type hands, and you're obviously getting action from a set of 3's and 6's, etc.

As played, yeah I'm deffo raising more on the river.

Why not raise instead then?

More chance it goes multi way if you flat imo.
